MK Cachers Geocoin: The Idea
Ok after business lunch lite v3 I realised that we all have a bit of a cachers club in MK - with quite a few regular faces at this event - so talking to Kevin we though we might have enough numbers to fund and produce a MK cachers geocoin.
The idea is that the back of the coin will have, in a spiral, a list of all MK cachers that we can think of, including the Trackable at Geocaching.com notice and the tracking code. You dont have to support the coin to have your name on it!! However if we cant fit everyone on, people who support the project get precidence.
To get an idea of what I'm saying have a look at the crake symbology coin shown below:
The front of the coin is more open to debate. Some ideas are: Cows, Map of MK, the Letters MK or a combination of such - if you have any more ideas then please add to the comments below.
Anyone know any graphic designer who might design this for us?
I've had a go with prices. Ball park - if I've worked it out correctly, we could do 16 shares of £40. Each share buys you 15 coins to do with as you please. That seems like a good way of gettign a fair amount each without a lot of risk for everyone. Again comments below.
If anyone has any experiance of coin making please step forward.

Heres a blog for caching and cachers in Milton Keynes and close area.
